We are very excited to announce that beginning December 8th, ALMA moves to The Standard, Hollywood for an exclusive three-month residency through the end of February 2016. During this time, we will replant our roots in the LA dining scene with original visionary team Ari Taymor and Creative and Operating Partner Ashleigh Parsons, as well as many of our original staff.

About Us

 Alma started as a pop-up concept by co-owners Ari Taymor and Ashleigh Parsons, eventually finding its home in downtown Los Angeles in the summer of 2012. Our menu is inspired by the landscape and terroir of Southern California, and the ingredients we use are sourced from local farmers and from other purveyors throughout the region.


A newly designed a la carte menu will debut at The Standard, Hollywood location showcasing Ari Taymor’s cuisine and innovative work with local ingredients. ALMA will operate exclusively in the “24/7 Restaurant” as an intimate 60 person dining service during the hours of 5:30pm to 11:30pm nightly, seven days a week.
