Ashleigh Parsons - General Manager/Owner
Ashleigh joins alma after stints at La Chassagnette restaurant in Arles, France and Camino in Oakland, CA. She has a Masters in Education from Harvard University and will be overseeing Alma's community outreach initiative.
Brian Maynard - Sous Chef
A transplant to LA, Brian comes from Milwaukee WI, where he trained under Adam Siegel at Bacchus Restaurant. After spending his first years in LA under Josiah Citrin at Melisse, Brian joins the Alma team to continue to grow and learn the philosophies of the hard working farmers and community that help make LA thrive.
